Scheduled operations - ability to edit instead of having to delete

When you schedule a reboot to re-occur, it would be nice to be able to edit it later.

        agreed - if u sched. a fw-upd for 30+ devices and miss just one a complete rebuild of the sched.operation is needed - not so funny..
