WebAdmin: True Multi-tenancy Support

Add support for multi-tenancy to the ASG WebAdmin for Managed Security Service Providers. End-User customers would need to be able to login, configure or audit their own settings through the WebAdmin without seeing other tenants information or settings.

        It seems like this is something easily (OK, not for me since I'm not well-versed in VMware) accomplished with different VMs on a server. The only real issue is licensing costs, and I imagine there would need to be a different model for a true "multi-tenant" version like you suggest.
