WebAdmin: Redirect HTTP to HTTPS for Login
Often admins or users will mistakenly try to login to WebAdmin or the User Portal without HTTPS. In this case they get a generic message informing them to try again using HTTPS. Instead of this, simply re-direct the browser to the same IP (and port) using HTTPS.
This will solve some "unable to login" questions by users and admins.

This is exactly what i was looking for. Actual web sites served internally we can redirect from the server itself. From the UTM however, I have not found a way to easily accomplish this.
