WebAdmin: Add Speedtest.net support for Bandwidth Testing

It would be a big help if TOOLS - had the option to select an interface then point to www.speedtest.net or a few user selectable speedtest sites and be able to run Download & Upload speeds.
This would work especially on USB modem cards.

Nothing worse than having managers ask if their network is slow or the provider.

        I've set up speedtest.net mini sites, but servers have to host those sites. Working with Ookla (check out http://www.ookla.com/about) would probably cost Sophos money. Adding a simple download or upload test to the tools would be nice! For example, WebAdmin could download, but not save, a 1.9gb .ISO from Microsoft to rule out IPS and other features' performance issues and clients' computers while providing info on download speeds over a selected interface. Also, the ability to download a file from WebAdmin to test upload performance from the firewall over a specific interface.
