Management: Backup/Export mail quarantine, reports, database and logs to USB Hard Disk / Flash Drive
Backup or export the quarantine folders and other data not included in the backup files on the UTM. For example a mail being held in quarantine could be extremely important. If a device fails that data would be lost. Allowing external storage even just to a single restorable backup file would be a big selling point
Actually i can see Astaro's concern due to the myriad hardware configurations involved with software and therefore not allowing in place upgrades for software installs. here's another idea: give us the ability to export the logs out of the system via webadmin. We do the reinstall..then import the logs back into the new system. I have clients with HIPAA concerns and other mandates so loosing hte logs is NOT an option.

which also means upgrading them to v9 is a non-starter until this is resolved. this is a Major obstacle for v9 going forward.
