BUGS: Have a formal process for customer/users to submit bugs
We need to have access to a bugzilla/mantis/this feature request like tool to report bugs. Or at least, a webform where we can report them for evaluation. The Beta forums work good but, as far as I know, there is no place to submit a - possible - bug.

50% of the time support requests the bug to be reported here.
I reported this issue last week and was told that if I didn't like the behavior to go put in a feature request.

this is the job of our Support engineers.. Maybe would be more efficient to have some very high qualified partners, able to open a ticket with an higher priority to speed up the process in case of real bug, but it doesn't make sense that non Sophos employees enginners have a chance to get in touch wiht the R&D.
