Networking: Masquerading (NAT) Balancing Across All Public IP's
Use all available public addresses on the WAN interface, even though the HTTP proxy is turned on. The reason for this feature is to keep users working, even if the primary WAN IP address is offline.

an other reason for this Feature is if you have an isp which Limits the number of sessions from a single ip.
Dynamic NAT. Urgend feature. Each cheap firewall can do that...

other words, let us select an IP pool to create Masquerading/SNAT rule, not just one single IP.
