Reporting: Show disk IO
It would be nice to see disk I/O activity via the hardware reporting in addition to what you already have for CPU/Memory/and HDD Space Usage

@William: I'm referring to normal deterioration due to continue read-write operations, heat, mechanical movement and so on... with a "disk on module" you have poor performances but you can reduce the possibility to have disk fails!

deterioration of hard disks? What are you referring to Flaserra?

this is a nice feature. Untangle has this in a rudimentary form in it's gui..but it's gui isn't as comprehensive as Astaro's. If this can be done without cluttering things it's a great idea.

About disk io: I was wondering why not use Disk On Modules instead of standard hard disk in ASG entry level units (110/120/220). It would reduce deterioration of hard disk...

I agree with you: as Disk IO (log traffic in packetfilters, or swaping) is a great bottleneck it would be nice not to have to go the way via ssh / top to see whats going on - and if changes / reporting can be done at the moment.

Would be also important to figure out if hardware is fit enough for reporting while it's running on ASG software version.

this would be good to show current HD throughput/workload, along with being able to identify what(if any) swap activity is occuring.
