Stunnel Wrapper Encryption Support

Implement the stunnel-proxy (http://www.stunnel.org) for secure data-exchange. Proxy-port and certificate can configured by WebAdmin.

        or at least provide an stunnel rpm. Would be a better solution instead of building an stunnel binary with static openssl :/
