WebAdmin: Allow host groups for upstream relays in Mail Protection

At the moment you cannot add hosts groups to the upstream relays list, meaning I have to add every mail host individually and cannot use my existing host groups.

This results in a very long list and makes managing it twice as hard as I use the host groups in the tls rules and then have to rememeber to go back and individually edit this area.

Guys, if you have your own DNS server, there is a workaround. Create a DNS Group definition for an internal FQDN like "upstream.domain.local" that has an A-record for each of the hosts. You can use the DNS Group in both tls and upstream relays.

I thought in the last release they had extended group support to nearly all areas of the interface - this must have been overlooked! Would like to see this consistent across the whole UI for Astaro.
