  The Repeating and Bridging feature will be for the AP50 only, due to it's dual radio configuration. We might look at offering a featureset around the other models later in the future, but that is not currently on our roadmap. Forward looking statements are always a best guess, in this case we have technically reviewed the situation and the AP50 (which uses a totally different driver set) is the one we selected for the initial offering of the feature.

  Is the 9.1 beta ready? I must connect a Apple Time Capsule as Repeater to an AP 30.

  Typically a repeater will cut the bandwidth in half.
  Hopefully this will not be the case.
  But even then it would be an incredible feature.

  What is about the hardware? Do I need new APs or will this feature work with one year old AP30 devices?
