Wireless: Option to disable LED on AP30

I would like to have an option to disable the LED lights on an AP30. I like the POE and smoke detector look. The flashing LEDs give away it's real function. Plus, they are a bit bright at night.

"We are unable to implement this feature request."

@Martin: really? You are a product manager of a "Features & Design Laboratory" and this is all you can do to reply to valid customer requests?
How about: "Dear customers, thank you very much for your great suggestions. Rest assured that we value your input and would like to implement this feature, but due to technical difficulties (insert brief explanation), this feature request cannot only be implemented at this time"

Read up on customer relationship management is my suggestion.

        Sincerely,

Philip, who already has trouble justifying your pricing to his customers. This type of reply doesn't help selling your products.

First feedback from the users in our organization:

What's that creepy thing? It looks like it's going to attack us.

Please take a que from all of the other vendors in this field.

If we purchase this equipment, I will be going in physically into the device to disable the lights which server me nearly no purpose or mounting them above plenums to aviod the negative comments from users. (Who are the ones who actually pay for this equipment.)
