Add ability to filter devices by assigned policies
the current filter option do not have the ability to search devices that has certain policies assigned, would be beneficial for the admin to search and see for a particular device what are the combined policies and they can understand or identify any conflicting policies or settings that have been applied.

A more detailed analysis has shown, that this has worked only under special circumstances and cannot be be used in most cases.
So this remains an open feature request -
A better label/description will be provided in SMC 3.5

This feature is a little bit hidden
Just filter the device list by "packages", and select "installed". The device list will be filtered by all devices with this profile installed.
This works also, if the search is further restricted by a version umber
