Redundancy of SMC server

MSFC ( MicroSoft Failover Cluster ) should be supported since a failover configuration is required in an enterprise sevice

Cluster support is under reviewfor SMC 3.6
The cluster support will be implemented via the app server clustering (JBoss 7 standard feature) and not via OS means, like the suggested Microsoft solution
